Regents Assignment
During your studies this year, you will be reading The Diary of Anne Frank,  a play which is based on a journal that a young Jewish teenager named Anne Frank kept while she lived in Amsterdam during World War II.  Anne a victim of the Holocaust, died in a German concentration camp in 1945, just months before the end of the war. Her diary has become famous for her continuing hope and optimism. She never gave up believing that people were good. To better understand the diary and its historical context, you will need to investigate people, events, and places from this time period.

Your Task:  For this project you will be given a letter of the alphabet and a corresponding topic to discuss.  After you have researched your topic you will be asked to give a 3-5 minute powerpoint presentation on the topic. Your goal is to educate the class on your specific topic. The presentation must include visuals and fact based research.
